Inside TRAIN, we blend mobility, athletic strength, and functional movement all tailored for golfers. Think: rotational power, core stability, single-leg strength, shoulder mobility, and of course, plenty of work for your hips (your real engine for the golf swing).

Most golf fitness programmes are too rigid - one plan, one way, and you either follow it or you’re stuck.

TRAIN with AW Golf Fitness is built differently.

This programme is designed for golfers training in a gym or a well-equipped home gym, so you’ll need access to weights (dumbbells, barbells or kettlebells), resistance bands, and basic equipment.

That said, every exercise comes with options. You’ll always be able to choose the version that suits your body, your training level, and your set-up. Whether you’re coming back from injury, just getting started, or looking to push your performance to the next level. TRAIN meets you where you’re at and helps you keep progressing.

  • TRAIN is designed for golfers who already have some experience using dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells.
    If you are completely new to gym or lifting work, we recommend starting with our beginner-friendly programme, Jumpstart, to build a solid foundation before moving on to TRAIN.

  • To follow TRAIN as written, you’ll need access to the following equipment:

    • Barbell & Weight Plates

    • Bench

    • Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells

    • Stability Ball

    • Cable Machine and/or Resistance Bands

    • Pull-Up Bar

    • TRX or Suspension Trainer equivalent

    There’s always flexibility in the programme, so if you don’t have a particular piece of equipment, you can swap exercises for alternatives with similar movement patterns

  • Each workout typically takes around one hour to complete.

  • You can join TRAIN at any time — it runs on rolling enrolment.

    When you sign up, you’ll start at the current point of the programme. For example, if the latest 4-week phase began on the 1st of the month and you join on the 14th, you’ll begin from Day 14.

    Each phase runs for 4 weeks, with built-in progressions — so even if you join partway through, you’ll still start with the Week 1 version of each workout (which may include more reps or sets than at the very start).

  • There is no long-term contract or commitment. You can cancel at any time — just message us through the app and we’ll handle it for you.

  • TRAIN includes group support through our private Facebook group and in-app messaging, so if you have general questions about the programme or need help with an exercise, you can always reach out there.

  • Yes - your subscription will automatically renew each month, so you’ll continue to receive new 4-week phases without having to purchase each one manually.

  • You’ll never be on your own — if you have any questions about the workouts or need help with technique:

  • If you’re recovering from an injury, it’s always best to check with your physio or medical professional first.
