AW GOLF FITNESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing or participating in any services provided by AW Golf Fitness, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out below. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and AW Golf Fitness (“the Company”).
Services Provided
AW Golf Fitness provides 1:1 personal training, online coaching, and sports massage services. Personal training sessions are delivered in person and last 60 minutes. These sessions are purchased in 3, 6, or 12-month blocks. Online coaching is provided remotely and consists of tailored training programmes delivered via the TrueCoach app, billed on a monthly basis. Sports massage services are delivered in person and are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions. All services provided by AW Golf Fitness are for fitness, performance, and general well-being purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or rehabilitation.
Payments
All services must be paid for in advance. Online coaching is billed monthly via Stripe, personal training payments are collected via GoCardless, and sports massage sessions are paid via bank transfer. If a payment fails, is missed, or is not received on time, AW Golf Fitness reserves the right to pause access to services and withhold sessions until payment has been made in full. All payments made to AW Golf Fitness are non-refundable.
Cancellations, Lateness, and Missed Sessions
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any in-person session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited in full. Missed sessions may be rebooked only where availability allows and must take place within the same calendar month. Unused or forfeited sessions will not be carried over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Session Usage and Expiry
All personal training and sports massage sessions must be used within the month in which they are purchased. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within this timeframe. Sessions that are not used within the relevant month will be lost and are not transferable or refundable.
Refund Policy
All services provided by AW Golf Fitness are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, cancellations, lack of engagement, or early termination of services. For online coaching, access to programmes and platforms will be removed immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.
Health Declaration and Client Responsibility
Prior to commencing any service, clients are required to complete a PAR-Q and health questionnaire. Clients are responsible for fully disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health status that may affect their ability to participate safely. Participation in all training and massage services is undertaken entirely at the client’s own risk. AW Golf Fitness provides fitness guidance only and is not qualified to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results will vary and are not guaranteed. Progress and outcomes depend on factors including consistency, effort, adherence to the programme, lifestyle, and individual circumstances. AW Golf Fitness makes no guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to fat loss, pain reduction, or performance improvements.
Online Coaching Access and Intellectual Property
All online coaching programmes are individually tailored and delivered via the TrueCoach platform. Programme content, including training plans, videos, and written materials, is provided for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed. Any unauthorised sharing or misuse of content will result in immediate termination of services without refund. Upon cancellation or non-payment, access to the online coaching platform will be removed immediately.
Communication
Clients may contact AW Golf Fitness via WhatsApp, email, or phone. AW Golf Fitness aims to respond to all communications within 24 hours during normal business hours. Excessive, unreasonable, or inappropriate contact outside of these channels may not receive a response.
Location of Services
In-person services are delivered at the client’s home or at another agreed location. No additional travel fees apply unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
Media and Marketing
AW Golf Fitness reserves the right to use anonymised or client-consented before-and-after images, testimonials, or results for marketing and promotional purposes, both online and offline. Clients may withdraw consent for the use of such materials at any time by notifying AW Golf Fitness in writing.
Mailing List
By signing up to any AW Golf Fitness service, clients may be added to the company mailing list for the purpose of sharing updates, content, and relevant information. Clients may opt out of the mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications.
Data Protection
AW Golf Fitness complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Personal data is collected, stored, and processed securely and only for the purposes of service delivery and communication. Further details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the client and AW Golf Fitness shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
