01. STRATEGY CALL

We’ll dive into your goals, ambitions, and what’s been holding you back, whether it’s training, nutrition, or both. This is your chance to gain clarity, map out the bigger picture, and see if I’m the right coach to help unlock your potential.

02. ONBOARDING

You’ll complete a full onboarding form and go through the TPI movement screen, so I can tailor your training around your body, mobility, swing mechanics, and performance goals. Every rep counts from Day 1.

03. GAME PLAN CALL

We’ll review your personalised programme, discuss your goals, and confirm expectations. You’ll walk away with a clear, focused roadmap to start building strength, mobility, and power with confidence.

04. Ongoing coaching

From here, we’ll put the plan into action together. With regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments along the way, you’ll stay accountable and keep moving towards lasting results.
